W.N. Morehouse Truck Line, Inc. (“Morehouse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application (“Morehouse Connect”) collects, uses, and protects information.

  • Account Information: To log in, users enter company-issued credentials (username and password).
  • Usage Information: We may collect limited technical information (device type, OS version, app version, IP address) to ensure functionality and security.
  • No Personal Data Collection: The App does not request or store personal information (such as contacts, photos, location, or financial data) outside of what is required for company systems access.

2. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate user access to the Morehouse Connect portal.
  • Provide company resources, tools, and services.
  • Maintain system security and improve performance.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or disclose user data to third parties. Information may be shared internally within the Morehouse Connect app for business purposes, or disclosed if required by law or to protect the security of our systems.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information, including secure connections (HTTPS) and restricted access controls.

5. Third-Party Services

The Morehouse Connect app may display or link to company resources that rely on third-party services (e.g., map services, secure web portals). Any data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for authorized Morehouse employees and contractors only. It is not directed toward or intended for children under 13.

Disclosure and Release

As part of our consideration of your application, the DOT requires us to investigate your employment background. As part of this investigation, we may obtain FMCSA Reports, MVR, Pre-employment Screening Program (PSP) and consumer reports about you from HireRight/USIS/DAC services. HireRight/USIS/DAC are consumer reporting agencies. Any decision we make not to hire you based on information contained in any report will be our decision alone. HireRight/USIS/DAC do not make any decisions concerning your employment with us and will not know the specific reasons why we may decide not to hire you. In the event you are not hired based on information contained in any report, we will tell you. We will also advise you of your right to obtain a free copy of any reports from HireRight/USIS/DAC and your right to dispute the accuracy or completeness of your report. Your consent for us to obtain the report from HireRight/USIS/DAC is required. Although you have a right to withhold your consent, we will not consider your application if you do.

By submitting this application you affirm that you do not have any injuries, physical defects, limitations, or restrictions that would limit or restrict you from lifting, climbing into and out of a truck, trailer, loading dock, or otherwise perform the duties commonly associated with the job of an over the road truck driver.
